Responsibilities

• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on audit findings with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance control processes.
• Assist in the development of audit programs and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members regarding compliance standards.
• Identify potential areas of risk and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
• Monitor compliance with established standards and regulations.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in annual risk assessments and strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Experience in risk management and compliance auditing is an advantage
