Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of mechanical design, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics, and will work on a variety of exciting projects aimed at improving efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CAD software to design mechanical systems.
  • Evaluate and select materials for mechanical applications.
  • Participate in project planning and execution activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Prepare test plans and execute experimental protocols.
  • Review and interpret engineering specifications and industry standards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
