Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist who will play a vital role in our healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients’ physical needs and developing personalized treatment regimens. You'll engage with patients to monitor their progress and adapt treatments as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of physical health conditions of patients.
• Formulate and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies.
• Guide and assist patients in their exercises and healing processes.
• Evaluate and report on patients' rehabilitation progress.
• Participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance professional growth.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
• Use patient feedback to improve overall service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
• Specialization in Sports Physiotherapy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Rehabilitation Techniques

Certifications

• CPR and AED Certified
• Advanced Physiotherapy Techniques Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

• Kinesiology Taping Skills: Experience with kinesiology taping for sports injuries.
• Knowledge of Hydrotherapy: Understanding of using water therapy in rehabilitation.
