The Command and Control Center Officer is instrumental in overseeing the daily operations within our command center. This role is critical for ensuring patient monitoring and compliance with all operational standards. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incident reporting.
• Lead debrief sessions after significant incidents.
• Collaborate with field teams to coordinate responses.
• Ensure effective communication across all shifts.
• Conduct audits of command center operations to ensure compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the command center.
• Engage with clients to foster trust and transparency in operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Certification in emergency management is advantageous.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in security and surveillance.
