Bailiff

Job Description

As a Bailiff, you will be responsible for enforcing court orders, serving legal documents, and recovering debts owed to creditors. You will engage with various stakeholders, including debtors and legal representatives, ensuring compliance while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Enforce judgements by seizing assets as directed by the court.
• Conduct investigations to locate debtors and their assets effectively.
• Assist in vehicle repossession and management of related legal activities.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on cases handled and submit them to management.
• Maintain thorough records of all activities and expenses incurred.
• Foster professional relationships with debtors and their representatives.
• Conduct outreach efforts to ensure effective communication throughout the recovery process.
• Support team members in various projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or degree in law enforcement or security management

Experience

• Experience in executing court orders and serving legal documents preferred

Technical Skills

• Negotiation skills
• Computer proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
