Job Description

We are looking for skilled Cutting and Slicing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The role involves using specialized equipment to cut tape materials to specific dimensions while ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cutting machines efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Monitor the quality of cut tape and report any issues.
• Assist in inventory management of materials.
• Work in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train new staff on machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Document production outputs and machine performance.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure standards are met.
• Support the production team in achieving daily output goals.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualifications related to manufacturing are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role is advantageous.
