We are seeking a skilled Equity Risk Analyst to join our team in Sandton. The successful candidate will analyze market trends and assess the risks associated with equity investments. Your keen analytical skills will be critical in supporting our investment strategy and ensuring the financial health of our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative risk analysis on equity portfolios.
• Create risk reports for senior management including key recommendations.
• Identify risk factors and develop strategies to minimize potential losses.
• Support the risk management team in daily operations and reporting.
• Stay updated on market developments and industry best practices.
• Participate in reviews of investment strategies and risk assessments.
• Contribute to the development of risk management frameworks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related discipline is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of equity risk analysis experience
