Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization projects and influence decision-making based on data analysis.
• Design experiments for process improvement and material testing.
• Support scale-up processes from lab to production.
• Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their development.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source materials and technologies.
• Document all processes, modifications, and results in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
