Job Description

As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of industrial machinery in a busy workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with a variety of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Test repaired machinery to ensure proper functionality.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts procurement.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
• Provide training to junior mechanics on best practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in setting standards for machinery upkeep and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Diploma in Engineering Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of extensive experience in machinery maintenance

Technical Skills

• Hydraulics

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance Manager
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
