Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, from procurement to delivery, ensuring that our products meet customer expectations and are aligned with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce supply chain policies and procedures.
• Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Optimize warehouse operations to enhance productivity.
• Conduct regular supply chain audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics for senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain or logistics management roles

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Analytics

• Team Management
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SCM Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
