Job Description

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator who will be responsible for streamlining our administrative processes and improving patient experience. You will collaborate with medical staff, manage budgets, and ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards. Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct operational activities relating to healthcare administration.
  • Ensure smooth functionality of all administrative processes.
  • Address patient inquiries and resolve issues proactively.
  • Assist in managing the healthcare facility's budget and expenditures.
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among healthcare staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Evaluate and enhance patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Support staff training and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments on healthcare projects.
  • Participate in healthcare compliance audits and reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Management (preferred)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in medical administration
