Architect

Job Description

As an Architect at our esteemed firm, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to envision and execute architectural designs that inspire and fulfill project objectives, balancing aesthetics with functionality.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural solutions that meet the client’s vision.
• Provide technical assistance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in community outreach and presentations for public projects.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Encourage sustainable practices in design and build processes.
• Guide project teams to adhere to best practices in design and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree with a focus on Urban Design is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of architectural experience with client projects

Technical Skills

• Architectural Design Software
• BIM Software

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SACAP Certified Architect
• Certified Project Manager (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in team leadership roles: Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and students.
• Participation in architecture competitions: Involvement in design competitions is a plus.
