Job Description

As an Architect at our esteemed firm, you will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to envision and execute architectural designs that inspire and fulfill project objectives, balancing aesthetics with functionality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with construction teams to deliver quality projects.
• Review and approve shop drawings and submittals.
• Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure alignment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree with a focus on Urban Design is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of architectural experience with client projects

Technical Skills

• Architectural Design Software
• BIM Software

Soft Skills

• Creative Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• SACAP Certified Architect
• Certified Project Manager (PMP) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in team leadership roles: Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and students.
• Participation in architecture competitions: Involvement in design competitions is a plus.
