Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup and maintenance of servers and network equipment.
• Ensure data integrity and security through regular backups and updates.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software failures and perform repairs.
• Evaluate system performance and suggest enhancements as needed.
• Support IT initiatives by contributing to tech upgrades and new installations.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to solve complex issues.
• Prepare regular performance and health reports of IT systems.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new software or systems.
• Research and recommend system enhancements or new technology solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant IT certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support roles

Certifications
