Responsibilities

• Help with medication dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide medication information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Assist in managing pharmacy workflow and patient services.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages.
• Promote medication adherence and health products.
• Assist with the training of junior staff members.
• Work with team members to optimize pharmacy operations.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Pharmacy or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy.

• Pharmacy Software Proficiency
• Regulatory Knowledge

Certifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of herbal and alternative medicines: Understanding of alternative therapies and their applications.
