We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing supply chain processes, improving efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to improve supply chain processes and reduce lead times.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Evaluate and improve supplier performance through regular assessments.
• Advocate for supply chain best practices and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance for upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a supply chain manager

• Inventory Management
• Procurement Strategies

• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
