Job Description

We are seeking a Tax Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and compliance services to our clients. You will work closely with individuals and businesses, ensuring they meet their tax obligations while maximizing their tax efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert tax advice and solutions to clients.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and filings.
• Ensure compliance with South African tax legislation.
• Develop tax strategies aligned with client's financial goals.
• Engage in tax dispute resolution and negotiations.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Provide training on tax compliance and best practices.
• Conduct regular tax assessments and reviews.
• Work closely with other financial advisors for integrated solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Taxation is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in tax consultancy

• Tax Legislation Knowledge

Certifications

• SA Tax Practitioner Registration
• CA(SA) designation

Languages

• English: Fluent
