• Assist users with software installations and troubleshooting.
• Provide support for networking and connectivity issues.
• Track and manage IT inventory and assets.
• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Implement antivirus solutions and security patches.
• Engage with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Train end-users on new technologies and applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support position
