Job Description

As a Civil Engineer at Civil Innovations Ltd., you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing infrastructure projects that enhance urban living. Your expertise will contribute to the planning, execution, and management of various civil engineering projects across Pretoria and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in executing complex engineering projects.
  • Review and approve project plans and specifications.
  • Monitor ongoing construction work and assist in addressing challenges.
  • Coordinate with local authorities for project approvals and compliance.
  • Assess and allocate resources efficiently for project completion.
  • Create and maintain accurate project schedules and reports.
  • Engage with on-site workers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality among project teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Experience
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in a leadership role.
