We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering principles, project management, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects.
• Engage in contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Assess and report on project impact on community and environment.
• Implement quality assurance practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Develop and implement project safety programs.
• Assist in the formulation of engineering policies.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Support the procurement of materials and resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects
