Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating predictive models, and developing algorithms to help our clients achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis on varied data sets.
• Design and implement complex algorithms for data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure meets analytical needs.
• Develop dashboards that display key metrics and KPIs for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or a quantitative field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a relevant data analytics field or similar role
