We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to spearhead initiatives across diverse projects. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Deliver project insights and lessons learned to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or relevant field
• MBA or higher qualification is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing projects in various sectors

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Agile Project Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in construction or engineering projects: Knowledge of specific industry challenges and requirements.
