Responsibilities

• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies in financial reports.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses for senior management.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and regulations.
• Monitor economic trends and their impact on business operations.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to enhance financial decision-making.
• Support in managing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Design and implement tools for financial analysis.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior finance staff.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new financial systems.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial systems and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus.

Experience

• 3-6 years of relevant experience
