We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our robust finance team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing strategic recommendations to aid decision-making within the company. Your expertise will contribute to the execution of initiatives aimed at improving our financial performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support planning and decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and management.
• Facilitate monthly financial meetings with department heads.
• Monitor spending trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate investment opportunities based on data analysis.
• Provide insights on cost allocations and spending efficiency.
• Support the finance team in system improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Assist in drafting financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance or a related field
• Master's in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
