We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our robust finance team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and providing strategic recommendations to aid decision-making within the company. Your expertise will contribute to the execution of initiatives aimed at improving our financial performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial analysis and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work with management to develop strategic financial plans.
• Track and assess financial performance against budget and forecasts.
• Provide support for audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify key performance indicators to measure financial results.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies based on market trends.
• Analyze operational and financial trends to support strategic decisions.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on analysis.
• Collaborate on cross-functional financial projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Finance or a related field
• Master's in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles

• CIA - Certified Internal Auditor
