Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will deliver front-line support and technical assistance for both hardware and software-related issues. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will ensure that our clients receive prompt and effective solutions, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries, providing efficient and courteous support.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
  • Maintain record of problems and resolutions for future reference.
  • Assist with data backups and recovery processes.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and service.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or technical support roles
