Job Description

Join our team in Cape Town as a Construction Superintendent, where you will lead construction operations, manage subcontractors, and establish positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise site staff and monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including safety protocols and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with procurement teams for supply chain management and material sourcing.
• Act as a liaison between the client, project team, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction supervision

• Construction Scheduling

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
