Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Officer to champion our commitment to diversity. You will analyze current practices, recommend improvements, and lead training initiatives. This position is vital in shaping our organizational culture to reflect our values of inclusivity and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze workplace demographics and inclusiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate diversity into business strategies.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment practices to attract diverse talent.
  • Develop partnerships with community organizations to advance diversity goals.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to foster a culture of inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant diversity legislation and regulations.
  • Promote employee resource groups and support their initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology or Organizational Development
  • A Master's degree is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with a focus on diversity and inclusion
