We are on the lookout for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring that our workforce is engaged and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent management programs that support career growth and succession planning.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
• Lead employee engagement surveys and analyse feedback for improvement.
• Ensure the delivery of HR administrative services.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Support change management initiatives within the organization.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
