Cage Unloader

Job Description

As a Cage Unloader, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by unloading cages of goods from delivery vehicles. Your attention to detail and ability to work quickly will ensure that products are accurately sorted and stored, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics process.

Responsibilities

• Support freight loading and unloading processes.
• Maintain equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock verification.
• Contribute to team discussions on improving processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / High School Diploma

Experience

• No prior experience required, but warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Logistics Software
• Pallet Jack Operation

Soft Skills

• Physical Fitness
• Communication Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Safety Certification: Having safety certifications related to warehouse operations is a plus.
• Logistics Software Experience: Experience with logistics software for tracking and inventory is advantageous.
