Job Description

As an Insurance Underwriter at Premier Insurance Group, you will evaluate insurance applications, assess risk, and ultimately decide policy terms. This key role requires attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential client's financial history and risk profile.
• Provide feedback on underwriting guidelines and improve processes.
• Monitor and manage a portfolio of insurance policies.
• Assist in the development of new insurance products.
• Engage in negotiations with clients regarding policy terms.
• Evaluate legal and regulatory requirements affecting policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Insurance or Actuarial Science are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in insurance underwriting
