Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for mergers and acquisitions.
• Analyze client financial statements and assess business performance.
• Prepare sector-specific research reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on documentation.
• Participate in due diligence processes for potential transactions.
• Assist in the development of client relationship management strategies.
• Provide analytical support for fundraising initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the team.
• Produce summaries of meetings and client discussions.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes affecting transactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within investment banking

Certifications

• CFA Level 2 is preferred
