Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to assist in developing and executing financial analyses and strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to support financial reporting and budgeting efforts.

Responsibilities

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support business units with financial forecasting.
• Assess financial performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Provide financial insights to guide strategic planning.
• Collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process.
• Assist in implementing new financial technologies and processes.
• Prepare presentations to communicate financial analysis results to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• CFA Level I recommended
