We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at HealthFirst Pharmacy in Durban. As a vital member of our pharmacy team, you will assist in dispensing medications, advising patients on medication use, and managing prescription orders with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and label pharmaceuticals accurately according to prescriptions.
• Conduct medication therapy management and patient counselling.
• Participate in pharmacy health initiatives and community outreach programs.
• Assist in training and supervising pharmacy assistants and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Pharmacy
• Additional certifications related to healthcare are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience working in a pharmacy setting
