As an Interior Designer with our firm, you will utilize your design skills and creativity to enhance spaces for clients in Cape Town. You will be responsible for developing design concepts, selecting materials, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to bring your vision to life. Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings and specifications for design projects.
• Engage in regular client meetings to discuss project updates.
• Identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Work collaboratively with architects and builders during project development.
• Utilize design software to produce visual representations of designs.
• Update project documentation to reflect changes and decisions made.
• Promote a creative and positive work environment within the design team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree in Interior Design is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in interior design, particularly in high-end residential projects.

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Parametric Design Tools

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Client Relationship Management

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
