Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and a passion for employee engagement. You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies to management and staff.
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process and identify training needs.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Implement retention strategies and employee recognition programs.
  • Support the development of employee training programs.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles
