Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer who will play a critical role in optimizing our production systems. This position focuses on using data analysis to drive process improvements, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity within the company. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analyses to support decisions.
• Monitor production to ensure adherence to process standards.
• Lead workshops on process improvement tools.
• Analyze product workflows to suggest enhancements.
• Develop training materials for staff on new initiatives.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects to foster collaboration.
• Maintain technical documentation for all engineering processes.
• Manage projects related to operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely reporting of production metrics.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
• MBA or similar qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in roles that involve process optimization and engineering
