Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Consultant to manage and improve our IT support processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance across our systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of IT systems and provide support to users.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in IT service delivery and support processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for quick resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance IT security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance analysis of IT resources.
  • Work with the IT team to develop and implement disaster recovery strategies.
  • Conduct user training sessions on IT systems and tools.
  • Update and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Support IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technology operations
