Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Cape Town team. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail, working closely with developers to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough test plans based on product requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Track and report defects using issue tracking systems.
• Engage in continuous testing and monitoring of new features.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives across the team.
• Investigate customer-reported issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Document testing processes and update technical specifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance role

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Certifications

• Agile Tester Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with testing tools: Hands-on experience with tools such as QTP or TestComplete.
