We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate about sales, responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Assist with the daily operation of the store.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Setswana: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems: Experience with POS software to manage transactions.
