We are on the lookout for a dynamic Retail Manager who excels in sales and customer service. This role will involve managing store operations, training staff, and driving sales performance to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
Direct daily retail operations while providing leadership to team members.
Implement effective sales techniques to maximize customer engagement.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales skills.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that merchandising standards are met and maintained.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Work with suppliers to ensure stock availability and manage procurement.
Assist in budget planning and manage expenses to maximize profitability.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
Retail Management certification is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in a retail environment with at least 2 years in a management role
