We are seeking a proactive Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems. You will be the go-to person for IT-related inquiries and support our staff in using technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop systems and applications.
• Manage asset inventory and equipment allocation.
• Collaborate with IT team on software upgrades and IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
• Assist users in resolving issues with third-party applications.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or related qualification

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in desktop support

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous
