Responsibilities

• Run slicing machines efficiently, producing quality sliced meats and cheeses.
• Adjust operational settings based on product specifications.
• Inspect and record product quality, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Work collaboratively to maintain equipment and the production line.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide assistance in resolving operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate
• Food safety certification preferred

Experience

• Experience with food processing equipment preferred.
