Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand strategy, creativity, and a passion for marketing. You will lead initiatives to strengthen our brand identity and drive customer engagement. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and consumer insights will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative briefs and collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Set brand performance metrics and ensure teams are equipped to reach targets.
  • Guide product launches with effective marketing communication strategies.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities for brand expansion.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to refine brand strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities.
  • Educate internal teams about brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Organize training sessions targeted at building brand ambassadors within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5 years of experience in brand management with proven success
