Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Fulfillment Manager to oversee our operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise fulfillment operations in the warehouse.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance logistics efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product flow.
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and documentation.
• Conduct staff training on fulfillment procedures and protocols.
• Manage fulfillment budgets and report on performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or E-commerce is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics operations
