Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Retail Manager to lead our store in Durban. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in retail management, a knack for motivating teams, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the retail team to drive performance and sales.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
  • Monitor inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates and targets.
  • Implement merchandising standards to optimize product display.
  • Develop promotional materials and coordinate marketing efforts.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
  • Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Develop strategies for improving customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
