• Lead and manage the retail team to drive performance and sales.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Monitor inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
• Create and maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings to share updates and targets.
• Implement merchandising standards to optimize product display.
• Develop promotional materials and coordinate marketing efforts.

• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.

• Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Sales Strategy Development Proficient in developing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Team Leadership Skilled in leading and motivating a diverse team.
• Inventory Management Expertise in managing stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.
• Customer Service Excellence Strong background in providing exceptional customer service.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving Adept at identifying and resolving operational issues.
• Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills for assessing performance metrics.
