Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute to energy and electrical technologies for a range of projects in Cape Town. You will be tasked with creating electrical designs, conducting inspections, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source materials.
• Assist in project management to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Keep detailed records of engineering designs and modifications.
• Review and prepare budgets and cost estimates for projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
