Job Description

As an Architect at Innovative Design Co., you will lead projects that challenge your creativity and technical skills. Your responsibilities will include creating architectural drawings, 3D models, and consulting with clients to ensure their vision is realized while maintaining budget and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from initial concept to final implementation.
• Prepare and review architectural documentation and specifications.
• Engage in project management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site analyses for potential projects.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and design team members.
• Maintain project files and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Modeling Software

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
