Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to join our team in George. In this role, you will respond to client inquiries, resolve technical problems, and assist with system installations and upgrades. Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications.
• Assist with network setup and maintenance tasks.
• Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Train users on various software applications and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk

• Windows and Mac OS
