Job Description

We are on the hunt for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our innovative team in Pietermaritzburg. Your role will include managing user requests, providing technical support, and ensuring the integrity of our IT infrastructure, contributing to a high-performance tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve technical problems reported by users.
  • Assist in network administration and user account management.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on IT systems.
  • Create user manuals and documentation for new technologies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Participate in team projects related to IT infrastructure upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
