Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Data Scientist (Python) who will be responsible for interpreting and analyzing complex data sets to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience with machine learning, and be able to present insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data analytics frameworks.
• Explore and evaluate data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and objectives.
• Supervise data collection processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with the IT department for data infrastructure development.
• Participate in regular strategy meetings to present insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics and statistical modeling
