Chemical Engineer

Job Description

As a Chemical Engineer at our Port Elizabeth facility, you will design experiments, analyze data, and directly contribute to our R&D efforts. Collaborating across departments, you will ensure that our processes meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process control strategies.
• Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with R&D to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors on materials and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical engineering or related industries
